After he wrapped up at Washington State University, he entered real estate as a second-generation broker.
During his twenty-year real estate career, he has evolved with the changing technology. However, until the algorithms totally take over, he prefers face-to-face as much as possible!
Buying or selling a home ranks as one of the bigger investment you will make, and Dirk, as your advocate, pushes and pulls as necessary to get your deal done. He likes to say he is “Politely Persistent 95% of the Time. Feel free to ask him about the other five percent.
When you catch Dirk out of the office, he spends his time with his wife and three grade school age kids. He is always open to parenting advice.
His home away from home is Point Defiance Park. When he’s there, you can find him on the trails, in the gardens, or polar plunging at Owen Beach.
